    I meant muss as in fart around changing the barrel on the gun you have now! As for keeping it and getting the 725, well that works too!!

    I meant muss the same way. It seemed clearer when I typed it.
    I would much rather fart around than just buy something in. That almost seems like quitting.

    Only in the sense of grinding a flat to accommodate a front sight. Don't have the metalworking equipment for any real adventurous stuff.
