Had one of these come in the other day, Sam Yang Recluse double-tube:

rated at 983fps- I would have to assume using Eun Jin 77.8gr 9mm pellets- which is 167fpe. Powerful, and as noisy as any powderburner, but without the, not sure how to describe it, perhaps 'powder-burn echo'- loud as hell, but only at the time the pellet leaves the muzzle.

Haven't time time to experiment with anything or shoot it more than 10 times- which is about all that can be had from the dual-tank setup- every full-power shot took 20 bar (200 bar fill) and by shot 6 the drop in power was fairly obvious and you could watch the bullet arc to it's target.

Anyways, I was curious about the valve in such a thing- but upon giving it some consideration, to fill a 9mm hole with a ton of air can't be that difficult- just a bit of 'upsizing' of the plunger and transfer port I imagine.

Maybe I'll get some time to do some real experimenting with it soon (chrony as well)...
