Electric guns aren't good. And airsoft is on the fringes. IMO.

"Electric airguns" are AirSoft or SoftAir using 6mm plastic BBs- really not what we are dealing with around here (solid metal projectile shooting guns). All Airsoft is essentially "throw away" product- all made in China, no service parts available- and it doesn't matter if it's a $250.00 gun brand new- still no parts available on 99% of them. The question becomes- do you want to pay whatever price is being asked for an Airsoft product, and if it breaks a week later- will this be a huge problem for your budget?
I'd say I care- but I'd probably be lying...

I have very limited experience with the electronic guns but I've seen a couple of my friends spend the money, "play" with it for a while and the gun gave up the biscuit.....if it's a cool looking black gun your looking for check out scopes and ammo's Crosman M4 or if that's not available there's an H&K MP5K-PDW available at other air rifle stores. Both of these rifles are much less than $200 and would definitely give you infinite more hours of shooting enjoyment.
