lol this was a cool trick shot

hey guys how's it going? I havent been here for a while but I started shooting a lot again. Tonight I was just punching holes in paper and wanted to try something that me and a co worker were jokingly talking about last week. I put up a half cut out pipe and then stood up a small thin steel piece in front of it. Idea was to shoot the edge of the pipe and loop the pellet back into the steel plate. Lol it worked

    Here is the set up

And success haha. I got it twice the first two tries! Then of course you want to take a pic with bluing and it takes like ten more tries to get it lol
Kind of cool. Just wanted to share

Just so I understand- you are shooting the right-hand-side of the pipe, it is following the pipe curve, and hitting the rear side of the plate?

    Kinda cool...

Yup, thats what i was doing. I wrote this up on my phone after i did it, i was still laughing that it worked so i probably didnt explain it well heh.
Later on my buddy and i set up some steel wedges trying to richocette the pellet into targets. Wasnt as predictable as the first shot.
Maybe this could be a new sport, its like airgun golf lol

What if the pellet somehow misses the steel plate? The shot will come back at you no?
