After watching your video and reading the link you sent me, I think I am going to try this myself :)
I had the grinding wheel and red/green polishing compound already.....but I had to go out to Rona to grab some of these...
Any tips/tricks for screw size selection for a .117 barrel ( I bought 4 diff sizes to cover the gambit ;) )

That's why I posted that video. Most people are not looking for "match" grade.
Select the screw that is over half buried in the bore.
