    Birthday Dinner

Tonight my beautiful wife Diane made me a Grouse Pot Pie, my favourite receipe.... Three Ruffies were joined by carrots and peas in a white sauce, in her homemade pastry....

For desert she made a giant iced chocolate chip cookie, and we washed it down with a Sauvignon Blanc....

This has to go down as one of the best birthday dinners of all time....

    Friggin' outstanding...happy Birthday, sir!

I just had mine this week as well.....I didn't get a pot pie, but my daughter and I share a birthday, so I get a pretty good gift every year. :)

    Cheers Bob,

    Happy (belated) Birthday, Bob!

Not much of a wine drinker myself (not at all, actually), but...DAMN!...does that pie look Mmm-Mmm good! Dessert looks yummy, too!

    Happy Birthday young fella.

    That dinner looks OUTSTANDING!

Now all there is left to do is get back out there and go for a long birthday hunt then relax after a good day with another glass of wine while you ponder what your going to buy yourself for a present
