Need OD of a Crosman 7/16 barrel turned down

I got a used springer that someone converted to fire .41 balls?, paintball maybe?. I want to line the barrel with a .22 so its useable again. Need OD of a Crosman 7/16 barrel turned down to about 10.4 mm, a tiny bit less so its not a press fit. Would be about 18.5 inches long. It needs to fit inside a .410 barrel.

Is the rifle such a rarity that purchasing a completely new barrel for it is not possible, or completely uneconomical?

My question would also be- if a barrel can be machined to 10.4mm - how would you retain it in the reamed-out larger barrel? Glue, solder, some sort of press fit, collar and threaded end?
I'd say I care- but I'd probably be lying...

    JB weld would hold it.

Acraglas is what is normally used to hold barrel liners in PB work. So I would think that a good two part of thin consistency would work very well in an AG as would Loctite shaft and sleeve retainer

A factory barrel is kind of a pain as its only sold with the compression tube as well. Since the crosman barrels are dirt cheep (thanks Eric) I figured this would be the best way to go. I also dont know if the breach was opened up at all for the larger bore. I figure I will use epoxy and set screws to retain it.
