Well, my combined investment in Chinese springer rifles is about the same as I paid for one HW97K. I get 10x more fun from my Chinese springers, just saying. Still, I wouldn't give up my HW97K because it's fun too, just not the same fun. It's like the difference between formal dining, and buffet on the beach.

Didn't compete, just observed to get a better understanding of the protocols and mechanics of FT and hunter.
I really enjoyed talking and meeting the participants ....... and I got to see a lot of the rifles. All of the players I talked to were helpful and willingly showed off their collections. I even tried the HW97 and HW100.Glad I ordered the 97KT yesterday.
You are correct about the Chinese springers. I like them because they give you a taste of what is available for a fraction of the price. That QB18 is still one heck of a good deal.
