or if you want to just post a single picture quickly without any features then at the top of the typing box is a row of tools.

the third and fourth buttons from the right are "insert image" and "insert video"

click "insert image" that opens a box( make sure it is on the "from computer" tab

click "select files"............. that opens your files

find your image and click "upload"

I'll ditto that last one. Where do you find all this "upload picture" stuff? I am wandering around in the dark hoping a pic shows up if I hold my mouth right.
