I've done a bit of work up with them, out of a coupleof known to me to be stable platforms. They have good low velocity expansion:
That's 440-450 fps out of my old...
...phase 1 13-22 Medalist at 7 Meters, shot into a soft cardboard shrink-wrap core. The heads on them expand up to about .25"- impressive to me. They'd do well as hunting back-up out of that particular pistol.
From the bench at 12 Meters:
24" bbl 13-77, Banner 4-12 X 40mm at 6X. I haven't clocked them out of this platform- based on previous experience they're probably doing slightly above the 500 fps mark...
They have a bit of a tendency to string vertically at low to mid range velocities. I'll probably have more on these a bit later. I do like them in the old 13-22.
