    Well I think if the firearm's action, receiver and barrel are not shortened/ modified the classification should remain the same regardless where it sits within a stock. Is a stock not part of a firearm that can be modified to fit the individual shooter? My initial interest in this type of setup was about the scope being mounted closer to the end of the barrel.

    it is the actual stock that is prohibated dave gave me a link on that i'll try to find it out and post it here for referance

    I read it over a few times and I see they are not allowed to enter Canada. Its too bad cause the hatsan would end up being just over 27 '' which falls under non restricted. Oh well, who wants to talk about child maintenance and spousal support?LOL!

    not alowed in canada don't mean you can't make one making a stock is not that hard
