Anyone have any hints on getting the pin which connects the cocking arm to the barrel block out? I gave it a few taps with a hammer and punch, but it wasn't keen to move, so I thought I would ask before bending something.

I believe that baby is riveted...If I'm thinking of the right part. So your looking at drill and replace. Why are you trying to remove it?
PS...If any body saw that minor screw up I apologize
Sean
I don't recall if one end is riveted, or peened to expand the outer edge- either way, a drill might become a necessity. The bonus is that if you loctite the large end if re-using, it will hold in place A-Ok.
I'd say I care- but I'd probably be lying...
Hi Sean, I am giving in to the urge to try a 0.25" barrel on it.
Thanks Eric, one end does look rivetted or peened.
I will keep you posted on my adventure.
Just sell the one you have and get this!

No fuss, no muss unless you like muss...
Confucious says: He who slings mud, often loses ground!
We like MUSS...mussier the better
Sean
Or keep the one I have and get that XL 725.
As Sean says, I like muss.
I meant muss the same way. It seemed clearer when I typed it.
I would much rather fart around than just buy something in. That almost seems like quitting.
