    qb7x /ar207x trigger tune

    here a little tutoral about tuning the trigger assy on this little rifles.

    you allready know how to remove the stock from the action. si i'll skip this part

    open the trigger assy box , you will find that inside it's pretty symple.

    remove the two parts of the trigger assy (be carefull of the spring position and not to drop it as it WILL jump off the shaft )

    wi will cleen , debur and polish the three friction point

    for that i used a triangle flat single file bastard file and wet or dry 800 sand paper

    carefuly filing and sanding, i removed burs and cleaning all tool mark . carefull not to round off edges .

    here is the results

    i greased up the pats and reassembled

    after that is left ajusting the trigger

    good tuning guys !

    Nice post. The pictures of the file and sandpaper are kind of neat- no confusion to be had with what you used!
    I'd say I care- but I'd probably be lying...
