Kind of off topic, but how was your experience getting pellets from Pyramid? Did you have to pay a whole bunch extra for shipping, duty....etc?

(I'm just asking as they seem to be the only source of the Beeman pellets my Quest loves, and would like to get some)

Hammer, what Beemans are you looking for? Some of the retailers here will do special orders but they may require you to buy a couple of sleeves min.

Hey, PACTOO, I'm trying to get the Beeman coated hollowpoint in .177.
I swear, it's the only thing my Quest will give me decent groups with.

    BEEMANS.jpg

Canadian Tire used to stock them, but they've discontinued selling them.

I would buy a buttload of them, (I was actually planning on buying at least 10 tins), as I've tried all sorts of different pellets, and am 100% sure that the Beemans are my favourite.

    (BTW...I love this image uploader!!!!)

The overall design looks very similar to these. It's possible that the ones you are using are a sanctioned backdoor copy

    http://www.hn-sport.de/en/products/a...low-point.html

If they are compatible then they will likely perform even better because H&N has pretty good die tolerances and QC

From what I have read the coating is designed to keep your fingers clean and thats all it does

The H&N's can be had from a number of places in Canada

    Cibles

    D&L airgun

Haha...I didn't know that about the coating.....it's funny to me because 99% of the shooting I do is at the laboratory that I work at, and since we're a petroleum lab, I'm always filthy anyways.

So, I guess the coating is really useless to me! (facepalm)

I've checked D&L, but have not heard of Cibles....I'll check it out.

    Thanks.

Hammer something to think about is Beeman doesn't actually make pellets. They will be somebody else's (probably H&N) with a beeman label.

I will try to find some at my local CDN tires for ya. Sean is 100% correct though Beeman gets them made!
