The story of my Silver Streak.....
Purchased in 1952 or 1953 by my Dad.
Well cared for and lightly used 'till 1971.
In September of 1971, it went home to Racine for an overhaul.
This is the only service ever performed on the rifle.
Since that time, it has been in storage. (save for one or two shots per year to keep it happy)
Always stored with one pump in it per the Hand Book.
It is in beautiful shape for a 60 year old gun.

I have the original "Hand Book"
Unfortunately, I do not have a box or receipt of purchase
I have a letter from Russel Erickson, the Service Manager for Sheridan at the time of the overhaul.
I have the invoice from Sheridan for the overhaul in 1971.
The invoice total was zero. They did the overhaul for the price of shipping.
That is called "Customer Service" (maybe that is why they are no longer in business....)

I'd like to find a collector who would appreciate the rifle and the provenance and give it a good home.
$500.00

Attached are the pics...... including the two spots of damage.
